Our Sour IPA was dreamt up by one of our fabulous bartenders, Katie Heater. Aiming for a pleasantly tart, hop forward sour ale that is refreshing and aromatic. We soured this IPA base with Lactobacillus culture and fermented with our house ale strain. Dry hopped with Calypso, Vic Secret, Citra and El Dorado. The result is a well balanced and approachable IPA that has a big tropical nose, sturdy hop flavor and a crisp acidity.
