Back by popular demand and inspired by decadent German chocolate cake, this stout features a lighter Pilsen malt base along with Chocolate & Black Roast malts that allow the secondary additions to shine. Once fermentation subsided, we added 25 pounds of house-toasted flaked coconut, an additional 25 pounds of raw untoasted coconut along, and nearly 6 gallons of Cholaca liquid cacao. The result is a rich and delicious stout that reminds us of a melted Mounds bar atop a big slice of German Chocolate Cake.
